Overview
Easy Emailer is an AI-based tool that allows you and your fellow advocates to send personalized emails with ease to any target you want. The magic is in that every email that is sent is unique, the subject lines are as well, and the email is sent from the personal email account of the user - all in as little as three clicks.
That means that these people cannot simply flag emails sent from a digital day of action or something that to be put into a folder and be ignored. It also means the emails can’t be flagged as spam.
All this translates to a much higher confidence for you that your email was actually read by a real life person and that it made an impact on the recipient.

New York Charter Revision Commission
The Challenge
Faced with an impending decision by the New York Charter Revision Commission to place "jungle primaries" on the ballot, our campaign identified a critical challenge. Proponents had generated hundreds of supportive emails, but the vast majority were easily dismissible copy-and-paste templates. With only one week before final testimonies were due, we needed a higher-impact strategy.
Our Solution
We rapidly developed and deployed noopenprimaries.com, a bespoke digital tool. This platform empowered individuals to send unique, pre-populated, and editable emails to the commission in just three clicks. By generating 625 distinct testimony variations from key campaign talking points, we ensured each submission was unique.
The Results
In just over a week, the platform enabled 324 unique, personalized emails to be sent to the commission. This significant and authentic outcry was felt by the commissioners, who said this was the “subject on which we received the most testimony.” Ultimately, the jungle primary proposal was abandoned.
